The Short Version
This site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising tools, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. It counts how many times each page is opened, without recording who opened it.
Attolloo Group AS (org.nr 936 755 569, Oslo) is responsible for the data described on this page. Questions go to nils.johan@attolloogroup.com.
When You Send a Message
The contact form asks for your name and email address, and lets you add your company, your role and a message. If you come from the self-test, your answers are filled into the message, and you can change or remove them before sending.
- What it is used for: to answer you, and to follow up the conversation you started.
- Legal basis: Attolloo's legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If the conversation leads towards an agreement, the basis is the steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Who receives it: the message is sent to Nils Johan Brede by email. It is also stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site and runs the form.
- How long it is kept: until the conversation is finished, and at most twelve months after the last message. Then it is deleted, from the inbox and from Netlify.
If you write by email instead of using the form, the same applies.
Counting Visits
The site keeps its own count of visits, to show which pages are read. Each time a page is opened, it stores four things:
- the date
- the page
- the action, for example that the pitch film was started or that a message was sent
- the name of the website you came from, if you followed a link here
The count does not store your IP address, your browser, your device, or anything else that could tell one visitor from another. It uses no cookies. It is kept by Netlify as part of hosting this site, and is not shared with anyone else.
You can stay out of the count in two ways:
- If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visits are not counted.
- Opening attolloogroup.com/?nocount switches the count off in the browser you are using. That saves one setting in the browser, which says only that this browser is not to be counted. Opening attolloogroup.com/?count removes it again.
The Self-Test
Your answers stay in your browser. They are not stored or sent, unless you choose to send them through the contact form.
The visit count notes that a test was finished and which of the five results it gave. It does not note the answers, or who took the test.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a US company. To deliver the pages, Netlify handles technical data about each visit, such as the IP address. Attolloo does not use that data to identify visitors.
Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your Rights
You can ask to see the data Attolloo holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and you can object to its use. Write to nils.johan@attolloogroup.com. You get an answer within a month.
If you think Attolloo handles your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
If the site starts to collect anything more, this page is updated first.
