The Method

Four frameworks, used in the same order every time. Each has its own page. This one shows how they fit together.

Four Frameworks, One Path

Every engagement uses the same four frameworks, in the same order: qualify, diagnose, execute, learn. The first two are the core of a Readiness Assessment. The last two carry the work that follows.

Each framework answers one question. If you only read one page, read the one whose question is yours.

1. Qualify: 6Sense Filter

The question: should we work together at all?

Six-dimensional qualification gate. Screens for genuine market demand, a sustainable business model, operational capability, strategic focus, regulatory risk, and decision-making quality. A longer partnership requires all six.

The 6Sense Filter opens every engagement, as part of the Readiness Assessment. If your company does not pass all six dimensions, I say so, early and clearly. The filter exists to protect both parties.

2. Diagnose: AI Compass

The question: where does the company stand today?

1-to-5 star diagnostic of AI governance maturity. Maps where a company actually is, from no inventory of its AI systems and no named owner (1 star) to independently assured governance (5 stars). Prescribes a sequenced path forward.

3. Execute: Polaris Sprints

The question: what must be true in 90 days?

Execution architecture and performance governance. Tracks the metrics that drive capital decisions — customer profitability, delivery performance, cash flow efficiency, and operational capacity. Ensures digital product sprints and regulatory compliance milestones move in lockstep.

4. Learn: Kando Framework

The question: what did we learn from what went wrong?

Operational execution and crisis intelligence. Applies Theory of Constraints and Drum-Buffer-Rope logic to executive capacity management. Converts negative events (lost deals, churn, complaints, audit findings) into structured strategic intelligence.

See It Applied

The clearest way into the method is to watch it used. Method in Practice follows two fictitious companies through the steps, with the numbers: one that sells to the established players, and one that competes with them.

What Is Tested and What Is Not

The frameworks were developed in practice and then grounded in established management theory. They have not yet been independently validated; the Research page sets out what that would take.
